Program Details (EXCLUSIVE FOR EMERSON PROPERTY RESIDENTS ONLY!!!):

To participate in the renewal program, simply sign the renewal offer presented by Emerson Management at the end of each lease term without; (1) a lapse in residency and (2) any outstanding judgements or balances. After you have signed the renewal, you will receive the gift outlined below. No fine print or strings attached!

• Renewal after Year 1 – $25 gift card

• Renewal after Year 2 – Your choice of two (2) Dynamo, Rockets, or Astros tickets.

• Renewal after Year 3 – 55-inch TV

• Renewal after Year 5 – Newest iPhone or Samsung

• Renewal after Year 10 – Galveston Cruise or Lake Charles Golden Nugget Escape

• Renewal after Year 20 – $20,000 CASH!

Yes, you read that correctly. You will receive $20,000 in cold hard cash for being in the Emerson family for over 20 years.

While we hope every Resident stays in our family for +20 years, we realize not everyone can. If you must move from one of our properties for various reasons (job relocation, purchase of a new home, etc.), we offer you these benefits FOR LIFE:

• Unlimited access to OUR contractors, handymen, cleaners and landscapers.
